ANTI-SPAM POLICY

Warranty

By reviewing this Anti-Spam Policy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. All definitions set out in the Terms and Conditions apply equally to this Anti-Spam Policy.

General

In electronic communications, spam generally refers to unsolicited, mass, or indiscriminate messages, most often sent for commercial purposes.

For the purposes of this policy, the term “spam” includes—without limitation—any email, message, or other form of communication sent in violation of the Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications (2002/58/EC), also known as the “ePrivacy Directive,” whether currently in effect or as amended in the future. This definition also applies to communications originating outside the European Union that would violate these legal requirements if sent from within the EU.

Our Policy

We take a firm stance against email spam and all forms of unsolicited electronic marketing, as such practices are both unlawful and harmful. Any involvement in spam-related activities jeopardizes our operations.

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward spam. Any affiliate, partner, or network found to be engaging in spamming activities will have their association with us terminated immediately. We do not work with individuals or entities that fail to treat this matter with the utmost seriousness or that are unwilling to fully comply with our anti-spam standards.

As a social network, we do not engage in or support unsolicited bulk emails, instant messaging spam, newsgroup spam, blog spam, wiki spam, mobile messaging spam, forum spam, unsolicited fax transmissions, file-sharing spam, or unsolicited postings on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or similar services.

bhost.cloud’s messaging systems automatically review incoming emails and other communications to identify and filter messages that appear to be spam.

While no filtering system is perfect, legitimate messages may occasionally be flagged incorrectly. If you believe a message you sent was mistakenly filtered, please contact the intended recipient through an alternative communication method.

You may reduce the risk of your messages being flagged by sending them in plain text (without HTML), avoiding attachments, and ensuring all files are scanned for malware prior to sending.

If you receive any communication from bhost.cloud or through bhost.cloud’s systems that you believe constitutes spam, please notify bhost.cloud promptly using the contact information provided below so the issue can be reviewed.

bhost.cloud reserves the right to amend or update this Anti-Spam Policy at any time by publishing a revised version on this website.
